We are conveniently located in the basement of Prime's Millennium building at the Main Terminal in Springfield, Missouri.
No need to worry! After you have your first in-person appointment with your healthcare provider, your membership is activated, and you can stay connected with your provider via text or email, reducing unnecessary trips to the ER or urgent care—saving you time and money, whether you're at home or on the go. You won’t be charged until your membership officially begins after your first in-person appointment.
Please note that to take advantage of wholesale prices on medications, your prescriptions need to be picked up at Prime's Springfield terminal.
We recommend keeping catastrophic or major medical insurance for emergencies. DPC covers your everyday healthcare needs, while insurance protects you from larger, unpredictable events like hospitalizations.
Your health and well-being are our top priorities. We focus on providing thorough and personalized care during your visits, allowing us to address many of your health concerns directly. A one-time fee will apply directly to the clinic for their services.
We provide healthcare services for members and non-members, but as a Direct Primary Care member, you will have unlimited access to your healthcare provider and guaranteed same-day or next-day appointment scheduling.
Yes! If you are a Prime associate, including company, lease, and owner-operator drivers, or if you work for Wilson Logistics or are a Killian associate, you are eligible to become a Direct Primary Care (DPC) member at Command Health.
